Using Sign Language

Sarah is starting to use sign language. She signed the word, "More". This may not sound like a great feat to anyone , but for me...it made my heart dance!! She signed it and then while watching "Baby Signing Time" I watched her as she signed the word to the song. Again I was so elated words cannot describe my joy.

I don't think she knows how to use the word in context. When I feed her, I'll aks, "More?" and sign it but she just looks at me and smiles. The next mile-stone will be for her to use the sign in it's proper context.

A.C.E. Curriculum Review

I don't usually post reviews because , like most people, we all have opinions but I felt compelled to post about A.C.E. **Disclaimer** I did not receive any compensation for my "Review". I did not receive any free products or curriculum for my review. I wanted to start out by saying that I allowed all the poor reviews of A.C.E. to influence my choice. Now most of the reviews were about the Christian content of A.C.E. and not the academic content. Some were from websites that were Atheists, so I took those with a grain of salt. Caveman is very proud of his grade!!  That said, before I tried A.C.E., I used a variety of curriculum. BJU, MUS, LOE..oh wait.. those acronyms might get annoying.. *Bob Jones Un. *Math u See *Logic of English *My Father's World *Son Light *Alpha Omega LifePacs Now all of the above curriculums are EXCELLENT.. **Updated**Norwex Vs. Ecloth ** Updated **

A friend of mine started selling Norwex. I had no idea what it was at the time. She sent me an invite to her party, via Facebook. I decided to look and I couldn't make it to the party but I wanted to buy something. I went to the Norwex site and was shocked at the prices. I though, "Oh no way!" Then I thought, "Holly isn't impulsive. She's not someone who would waste money, these must be good". I went and watched some of the video's she posted about the product and was intrigued. I decided to buy the "Enviro cloth" and "Window cloth". They were pricey but if they could do what the video showed me, you know...the one with the chicken??
