I am starting a new diet. It’s not really new to me. I did it years ago. It worked!! The problem was that I never did the transition phase and gained all the weight back. With my knees and my thyroid, it’s time to get serious. After all......I’m not getting any younger.
I created this digital weight loss planner/Journal because I want to track and journal my weight loss. I think having all the feelings, the accomplishments and even the failures written down, will help me to stay on track. To see how far I’ve come and to keep me going to the end.
