New Exciting Changes! Free Procreate Brushes!.

Where have I been?? That’s the million dollar question!!

Since the start of the quarantine, where I posted all the free digital planners, we’ve been busy!!

Many changes here in our home. God is GOOD!

The start of the quarantine really threw all of us. We all went from busy to NOTHING. Absolutely nothing! We came home from Sarah’s last gymnastics meet, and started quarantining. We did some work around the house. Switched up our bedrooms, turned our garage into a mini gym. After all, what do you do with two active kids during a quarantine?? TV, video games, taekwondo and gymnastics in our garage!!!

We were blessed that Sarah was able to get back to practicing with a new gymnastics team, at the end April. This new gym has been such a blessing. Sarah has grown so much as a gymnast.

David is at his Taekwondo studio and they’ve moved to a larger studio. Please continue to pray for small businesses. Many of them were hit
hard and continue to struggle.

One blessing from the quarantine, (always an optimist), Is that my daughter and I got back into drawing. I’m not an artist, I just love to doodle. My daughter is actually pretty good. She watched many YouTube tutorials for techniques.

I have been toying with the idea of opening up an Etsy shop for my monthly digital planners. After all the planners I’ve tried, created and purchased, I realized that monthly planners are the ones I like the best.

I love getting new colors every month. I love getting seasonal designs, etc. I thought that I’d like an all-in-one planner, but that has me tapping all over and many of those planners have much more than I need. The budgeting pages look like an accountants log. I don’t need that. My goals are simple, I don’t need a huge goal tracker.

I realized that the monthly planners were the best for me. I could have all my daily page tabs right there. If I don’t need a daily page, then I can use that page for pictures. Usually on the weekends, I don’t need my daily pages, so I can drop in the pictures from our fun weekend excursions and adventures.

I have my weekly pages, which I use the most on the side...then I gave myself 6 extra tabs. This is where I stick our attendance, grades and another section for lesson planning. I started creating my own planners and people started asking about them.

I wanted the art work on my planners to be my own, so I started creating backgrounds in Procreate. Then I started creating brushes so that I could change up my colors. I found out that I love making these. I’m sharing a few pumpkin themed brushes that I created.

These are brushes so that you can adjust the size and change the colors of them. If you play around with the spacing, you can even create a different look! If you want , you can use them as a stamp, just be careful to stamp lightly.

Please enjoy these 4 brushes!! Do not share them with anyone. Have them come here to my blog!

Please don’t resell these, or use them as your own.

Look for more information about my new Monthly planners on Etsy in the next few months!!
